(3) fuel injection pump insufficient fuel will cause power shortage, should be timely inspection, repair or replacement of parts, and re adjust the fuel injection pump fuel.
Two 、 cooling and lubrication system is out of order
Diesel generator is due to overheating, cooling and lubrication system have caused by fault in this case leads to high temperature and temperature, prone to the cylinder or piston ring death phenomenon. When the diesel engine exhaust temperature increases, should check the cooler and radiator, remove scale.
Three 、 cylinder head set is faulty
(1) because of the exhaust air leakage, the intake volume is insufficient or the intake air is mixed with exhaust gas, which leads to insufficient fuel combustion and power decline. The mating surfaces of the valve and valve seat shall be repaired to improve the tightness and replace it when necessary.
(2) the cylinder cover and body joint surface of the cylinder gas leakage would enter the water or oil, causing coolant into the engine body, if not timely will result in a "sliding tile" or black smoke, so that the power of the engine. As the cylinder gasket is damaged, there will be an air flow from the cylinder pad when the engine changes. When the engine is running, there will be blisters at the gasket. At this moment, the cylinder head nut or the cylinder head gasket should be tightened according to the required torque.
(3) incorrect air gap will cause air leakage, resulting in engine power decline, or even fire. The positive valve clearance should be reset.
(4) the damage of the valve spring will result in the difficulty of valve return, the leakage of the valve and the reduction of the gas compression ratio, resulting in insufficient engine power. The damaged valve spring shall be replaced in time.
(5) the leakage of the injector mounting hole or the copper pad will cause the lack of cylinder, which makes the engine lack of power. The repairs should be removed and replaced with damaged parts. If the inlet temperature is too low, it will cause the heat loss to increase. At this time, the temperature should be adjusted to meet the required value.
Four 、 the air filter is not clean
If the air filter is not clean, the resistance will be increased, the air flow will be reduced, and the efficiency of the gas will be reduced, which will cause the engine to run out of power. Clean the diesel air filter core or remove dust from the paper filter as required. Replace the filter if necessary.
Five 、 the exhaust pipe is blocked
The exhaust pipe obstruction will cause poor ventilation and lower fuel efficiency. Power decline. It should check whether the exhaust resistance increases due to too much carbon in the exhaust pipe. General exhaust back pressure should not exceed 3.3Kpa, usually should clean down the exhaust pipe carbon deposition.
Six, oil supply advance angle is too big or too small
The fuel supply advance angle is too large or too small will cause the pump injection time is too early or too late (early fuel injection time of combustion is not full, too late will take the white smoke, will fuel combustion is not sufficient), the combustion process is not in the best condition. You should check the injection screw shaft adapter is loose, if loose, should be re adjusted in accordance with the requirements of the fuel supply advance angle, and tighten the screws.
Seven, piston and cylinder strain
Because of the piston and the cylinder pulled serious or worn and piston ring sticking caused by friction loss increases, which increases the mechanical loss of the engine's compression ratio decreases, difficult ignition or combustion is not sufficient, under inflation increases, serious leakage. At this point, the cylinder, piston and piston ring should be replaced.
Eight, connecting rod bearing and crankshaft connecting rod journal surface bite hair
This condition will be accompanied by abnormal sound and oil pressure drop phenomenon, which is due to oil pump damage, road blocked oil filter, blocked, or hydraulic oil is too low or even caused no oil and other reasons. At this point, you can disassemble the side cover of the diesel generator, check the main side of the connecting rod and the gap, see whether the connecting rod can move back and forth. If it can not move, it indicates that the hair has been bitten, and the connecting rod or Bush should be repaired or replaced.
At this time, for turbocharged diesel generators, in addition to the above reasons make power down, if the intake pipeline supercharger bearing wear, press and turbine by dirt blockage or leakage, also can make the diesel generator power down. When the turbocharger appears above, the bearings shall be checked or replaced separately, the intake pipe, shell, and impeller shall be cleaned, and then the nut and the clamp ring shall be immediately screwed up.
